I can see why it was picked specifically for the Danish edition because the characters hit close to home for me in how alcohol is part of social life in Denmark.
I'm usually bothered by a film revealing the ending in the opening, in this case I gave it a pass because the identity was not initially revealed of the person in the park. Apparently it was normal at the time for Danish films to receive extra funding from the state if they included the moralizing and educative aspect.Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09395044055566348346noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2746502363551524682.post-10135458362253146372014-10-12T08:32:15.263+03:002014-10-12T08:32:15.263+03:00Yes indeed, and after all this was nowhere as excr...Yes indeed, and after all this was nowhere as excrutiating as some of the really horrible films on the list. It is just that I have watched some very good movies lately and then this comes as a bit of a downer.
TSorensenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12208153011927807857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2746502363551524682.post-44157734402071137442014-10-12T00:49:47.486+03:002014-10-12T00:49:47.486+03:00You win some, and you lose some ...
